Dry Bombay Duck Fish Which is also know as Bombil. This recipe of Bombil Fry is very tasty and unique you can try it.
Ingredient needed for this recipe
Bombil 10 to 12 Piece
Chopped Onion
Chopped Garlic
Green Coriander leaves
Curry Leaves
1 Table Spoon Oil
One Table Spoon Red chilli Powder
1/2 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 Table Spoon Garam masala
As per your taste Lemon Juice
Salt as per your taste
Step for Preparing this Recipe
1) We make paste of this ingredients onion, garlic, green coriander leaves, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala with help of mixture grinder. Add Little bit of water to make the smooth paste.
2) Remove Bombil head, tail and Fins and then after cut the Bombil into small pieces. Soak bombil in Water for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking. Before removing from water wash it properly and than remove it from water
3) Lets start now Take kadia (Frying pan) and add oil in it. On low fame start cooking curry leaves in it for one minute. Than add Mix Paste of all ingredient and salt as per your taste in it and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
4) Add Bombil small pieces and cook it at low fame until the bombil get crispy taste. it will take 6 to 7 minute to get ready.
5) Add Lemon juice above as per your taste and garnish it with coriander leaves.
